Changelist:
-Helio splash screen will appear again whenever you clear the screen
-Reworked the Helio splash screen to add some help and information of what you should be seeing and using
-Enabled the back and fwd buttons in the history bar, this is the first attempt at making them functional
-whenever something new appears the bar should take you to that position
-Limit in the visible bar is 14 elements
-Added minutes and seconds to the name of the downloadable votable
-Added a link on the navigation bar that directs you to this blog
Another update should be posted tonight with more functionality regarding the history bar
