Post Cdaw Fixes

Lots of things to do for the meeting in dec, for the moment some of the urgent problems around the site were fixed, here is a list of what changed:

• Change the order into  yyyy-mm-dd consistently across the HFE
• Search button is to small and not noticeable enough
• Cursor should change shape when on an active button
• On the iterative workflow the default start and end time of the result are set back to the default, they should be set as those of the query instead. 
• There is no link on the results of the dpas, it should be an active link
• Give information why there is no data if there is no data ie nothing happened, instrument offline at the time, instrument not yet or not anymore in service (gives an error page with a generic message)
  
• UI (single service query) drop down lists not up to date (dpas list is too big so its incomplete but not incorrect)

Update

Corrected some javascript problems, seems that console.log is only for firebug (embarassing) and left a couple inside that were crashing everything.

So added a nifty little pql bar that updates while you do your query, only thing missing is to add the dates from the table when selected directly from registries but will do that later.

Well finally after a week of downtime and frustration we have a functional site, I fought a lot with modifying the current interfaces to fit the goals but found the work to add the features to them was just either too much or too wasteful

I wont spend too much time describing everything in detail since time is pretty tight right now. (the main reason there were so little updates to the blog last week)

Few notes tho. At the moment its barely functional since I just connected all of the new modules, its missing several small things.

- Nice layouts -- yes it looks ugly at the moment but it wont soon
- Error messages -- yes you can input whatever u like and you will break it, also if you dont select a table it will break as well
 - Multitable support  - still havent found a good solution for thisone but im working on it.

Good news is if we play carefully with the site, we can do all of the usecases, (except ulysses usecase because anja said so!)
